Realise Potential with Personalised Coaching

Customised, holistic 12-month programs for founders and entrepreneurs yearning to live and lead with truth, simplicity and purpose.

OVERVIEW

Personalised
coaching

Our coaching journeys empower leaders to cultivate intentional focus, heal limiting patterns and align vision with action. Through self-awareness practices, clarity-building tools and skills for purpose-driven leadership, we enable transformative shifts that foster growth and meaningful impact.

PROCESS

Viewing development as a
journey

A tailored program combining self-assessment, optional 360° feedback reports, coaching sessions and check-ins. A journey that begins with intention and goal setting, and creates a safe space to clarify and challenge assumptions, define authentic (not mimetic) aspirations, learn embodied skills, and nurture holistic growth.

Exploration

We begin with an exploratory chat to understand your current context and needs, and assess our "felt sense" of whether we are a mutual fit to begin working together.

Self Assessment

We start with a self-reflection questionnaire and optional 360° feedback report. This gathers rich data to inform the intentions we set at the start of the process.

Intention Setting

In the first 1-2 sessions, we will collaborate to form core intentions and specific goals to guide our journey and focus on what matters most.

Coaching Sessions

In each session, we explore the chosen intentions, unpack current patterns and make practical commitments, being deeply guided by body, mind and heart.

Outcome Measurement

Impact on this journey is measured by a combination of self-reported progress, peer feedback and tangible life / leadership choices and decisions made.

Ongoing support

Receive ongoing support through regular check-ins, personalised guidance, feedback and adjustments to ensure you make consistent progress.

Amaidhi has been a life changing experience
for me.

Sriram was my coach and rock, in what was arguably the toughest phase of my role as CEO. First he listened, as if it were the most important task he had ever undertaken. And then he helped me regroup and find the strength and clarity to move forward on a positive note. Thank you Sriram, I am very grateful for each of those sessions, and for your presence in my life.

Sriram’s deep intuitive and spiritual approach is a key differentiator.

I reached out to Sriram for one-on-one coaching in late 2020/early 2021 when I was struggling mentally and emotionally. Sriram helped me through a transformative process focused on finding purpose, removing roadblocks, and cultivating helpful habits. I was able to achieve the intended outcomes of the coaching in just a few sessions.

FAQs

  • How do I know whether I need coaching?

There’s one thing common to the great champions of any sport: they all have a coach. Everyone needs support: it’s only form, function and frequency that vary. Coaching could be just what you need if you’re feeling stuck, struggling to hit a few important goals or are unsure about what’s next on your journey. It’s also a great aid if you’re looking to grow your potential, navigating a major life transition or just seeking honest feedback and someone to keep you accountable. On the flip side, you probably don’t need a coach if you already have a clear plan, regularly meet your goals, and feel confident solving challenges on your own. A strong support system or steady self-motivation could mean you’re doing just fine without it—and that’s totally okay too! Ultimately, trust your intuition on this.
  • What if I am not clear / sure of my goals?

That’s completely fine! A big part of coaching is the discovery process—a structured approach to uncover what truly matters to you. This might involve self-reflection, gathering insights from others through 360s, and digging deep into your values and aspirations. The process helps you move from uncertainty to clarity, crafting goals that resonate deeply. However, if you’re not willing to invest time and energy in exploring these questions, coaching might not be effective. Ultimately, this needs to be something you genuinely want and yearn for. A deep desire for change and curiosity about what’s possible will lead to results. You don’t need all the answers to start—just the willingness to explore!
  • What if my goals change midway?

Changing goals isn’t a failure; it’s a natural part of understanding and refining what truly matters to you. At Amaidhi, we love intentional change. To us, it’s a sign of clarity (sometimes hard-won). Growth is a dynamic process and as you explore yourself deeper, what was important before may no longer be so. As coaches, we help navigate your emerging inner compass, reassess what’s most important, and realign your efforts toward your evolving goals.
  • What if I miss the commitments I make after each session?

Missing commitments occasionally is part of being human—life happens, and it’s okay. Coaching isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. A good coach will help you reflect on what got in the way and adjust your approach to make future commitments more realistic or aligned with your priorities. This works best when you’re honest with yourself and your coach.
  • What’s the right timing for this journey? (e.g. if I am going through a transition, when is the right time?)

This entirely depends on your readiness and capacity to engage fully in the process. If you’re in the midst of a big transition it can be a great opportunity to work with a coach—provided you have the bandwidth. Coaching during transitions can help you clarify your emerging needs, navigate uncertainty and step into new roles with confidence. That said, timing matters. If your energy is fully consumed by immediate demands, it might be better to wait until you have the mental space to reflect, commit to actions, and embrace the discovery process.
  • What if I need to pause midway?

That’s completely okay. Life can be unpredictable and priorities may shift. If you need to take a break, we can discuss the best way to wrap up our current progress and ensure you feel supported during the pause. Coaching is a flexible process, and when you’re ready to return, we can pick up where we left off or reassess your goals to align with any changes that have occurred.
  • What are fees for the journey?

Our coaching journeys are personalized and fees depend on the scope of what we design together. This becomes clear during our initial exploratory chat, where we discuss your needs, goals, and how coaching might support you. This ensures a transparent process that is aligned from the start.
  • Do I have the option of paying in instalments?

Typically, fees are paid in two equal instalments, one at the start and one midway through the journey. If you have specific needs, we may discuss further options.
  • Are there scholarships available?

Yes, I offer a few partial/full need-based scholarships each year to ensure coaching is accessible to those who might benefit most. If you’d like to apply, please email learning@amaidhi.com with a brief description of your context and needs. We will review your request and get in touch to discuss further.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is a licensed, regulated profession requiring advanced degrees, licensing exams, and adherence to ethical standards set by organizations like the American Psychological Association (APA). Coaching, in contrast, is not universally regulated, though voluntary certifications from bodies like the International Coaching Federation (ICF) set professional standards. While therapy ensures oversight for mental health challenges, coaching offers flexibility and relies on clients to evaluate a coach’s credentials and fit. Coaching and therapy can sometimes overlap in methods and insights but have distinct purposes. On the balance, coaching is generally more forward-looking and action-oriented. However, I believe it must also involve exploring past experiences, uncovering patterns, and working on deeper healing when these elements intricately influence current behavioral patterns and goals.
  • Is this life coaching or executive coaching?

Honestly, I don’t think of it in these terms. My training is in a field called ontological coaching, which is rooted in the study of being—the essence of who we are. The word ontology comes from hentes (to be) + logos (to study). To me, coaching is a noble, honest exploration of the human spirit, and placing it into narrow labels like “life” or “executive” can feel limiting. Sometimes “life” means work, and sometimes thriving at work means tending to life. If anything, this is holistic coaching—focused on the whole being and what truly matters to you. The main distinction lies in the structure of sessions. We conclude every coaching session concludes with an actionable commitment, ensuring that the process consistently drives forward momentum. Therapy, on the other hand, often emphasizes deeper emotional exploration and healing without the same focus on immediate, action-driven outcomes. Ultimately, this is not an “OR” thing. Both processes are transformative under the right conditions.
