Practise Relaxation

The Dynamic Mind Practice is a mindfulness practice that has been found to relieve fears, worries, anxieties and sleeping difficulties.

Gain a practice for life.

The DMP is a relaxation practice shared worldwide for over 50 years by Gita and trained teachers.

In this orientation, you will experience and learn to easily integrate the practice into a daily routine.

Understand the science.

Understand how the DMP links with mastery of brainwaves and how these link to our major states of consciousness.

Sleep better.

Learn the DMP deep sleep technique and how to overcome jetlag using this practice.
