About Sriram
Sriram has dedicated his life to helping humanity realise its true nature and full potential. He is a student of life and his teachers include Gita Bellin, G L Sampoorna, Patrick Connor and Wendy Palmer. His formal studies were at IIT Madras, McKinsey & Company and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
His approach is rooted in ancient wisdom and creative practices that are grounded in scientific research and adapted to fit the contemporary world's needs. Join him on a journey towards inner peace, self-discovery, healing and ultimate fulfilment.

Pre 2003
The Question Begins
Before it became her work, life’s challenges led Malti to one enduring question: What truly allows a person to transform?
2003
The Practice Begins
Malti begins coaching from Sydney, working internationally while studying NLP, joining one of the early International Coach Academy cohorts and discovering that lasting change comes through awareness, not advice.
2011
A Voice is Heard
Don’t Think of a Blue Ball is published and translated internationally. Regular media appearances introduce her work to a wider audience, opening doors to executive coaching, leadership teams and organisations worldwide.
2016
Looking Beneath the Surface
Her work expands beyond coaching into leadership and culture transformation, exploring the invisible beliefs, behaviours and systems that shape people, teams and organisational performance. Certified in using the Barrett’s Culture Transformation Values Tools.
2017-2019
The Inner Journey Deepens
Study with teachers including Gita Bellin in Oxford, UK, brings a deeper contemplative dimension to her work. During this chapter, she also remarries, a reminder that transformation is lived, not taught. Certified in The Leadership Profile.
2021
Life Becomes the Teacher
Mastering Your Life is published. Its themes of Living in Joy and Dying with Dignity soon become deeply personal through her mother’s recovery and the loss of her father during the pandemic.
