About Sriram


Sriram has facilitated and coached thousands of individuals helping honour our innate human potential through the skills and practices to thrive in any given situation. His clients range from founders, CEOs, top teams and frontlines in over 80 global organizations to senior public servants, teachers and students.

At Amaidhi, he serves fast-growing organizations and individuals around the world on multi- year leadership transformation journeys. Prior to this, he served at McKinsey & Company in India and worked with the Pratham Education Foundation. He has a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and a Master’s in Public Administration and International Development from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Sriram speaks regularly in various forums on subjects of consciousness, leadership and human transformation. He is also a guest facilitator at IIT Madras where he teaches an undergraduate course on “Happiness, Habits and Success”. He is a student of Gita Bellin and has studied Leadership Embodiment with Wendy Palmer and Adaptive Leadership with Ronald Heifetz’s Centre for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School.
